Music Prodigy is now even easier to use. From a single screen Teachers can now see all of their Music Prodigy classes, student activity, and results, and Students can see all of their homework, both in one convenient location.

Now you can, from one screen, see all of your Music Prodigy classes, see all of the homework examples in each of the classes, and see all of your students’ activity.

This does not replace any gradebook you currently use, this new screen within Music Prodigy simply makes managing your Music Prodigy classes and students easier.

Your list of Music Prodigy classes will be at the top of the screen. The homework examples for that Music Prodigy class are columns. And the students enrolled are the rows. For each cell in the Music Prodigy Gradebook Grid, you will see the highest score for that student. Click on any green cell in the Music Prodigy Gradebook screen to bring up a detailed performance history for that student, for that homework example. That’s it! You don’t have to do anything extra. The new Music Prodigy Gradebook grid is already organized for you.

Furthermore, you’ll also begin receiving a daily email that summarizes your students’ activity from the previous day. You’ll see which students practiced which homework examples. Click on the PDF link to see the note-by-note report. Click on the “audio” link to listen to the student’s performance in Assessment Mode.

Finally, your students also now have a new “Gradebook Grid” that makes it easier for them to complete their homework. The student’s Music Prodigy classes are at the top, and the list of homework examples are the rows. They can easily click a title to do their homework. As always, their scores are automatically saved for them.
