The message is clear. If you want students to practice, they need to be able to use their mobile devices like the Apple iPhone and Android smartphones .
Since September 2015, mobile music homework practice has increased from 73% to over 90%. That means that students on-the-go need to have immediate feedback wherever they are. So they can practice, and come to class better prepared. If your music homework learning aids don't run on iPhone and Android, your students will be less likely to benefit, and will probably spend less time practicing without immediate feedback. Clearly, if students can't use their smartphones to practice, it's going to be difficult for them to find the device and time to practice.
